UOL TO LAUNCH CANBERRA WATER GARDENS
- The preview begins July 17 for private development inspired by nature in the water garden sanctuary

Singapore, July 15, 2021 – UOL Group Limited will open its latest residential development in preview on July 17 and ballot on July 31. The Canberra Water Gardens along Canberra Drive is a private, nature-inspired development strategically located near the Canberra MRT station and the future North Coast Innovation Corridor.
The 448-unit “water garden sanctuary”, so described for the many water features, including seven swimming pools that surround the lush landscape, comprises 16 five-story buildings. It is located near a low-rise private subdivision and next to a park connector. The development is also the winner of the Architecture Multiple Residence Singapore award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021 for its architectural excellence.
A joint venture between UOL, Singapore Land Group and Kheng Leong Company, The Watergardens in Canberra offers a mix of two to four bedroom apartments ranging from 646 square feet to 1,528 square feet. Prices will start at under $ 1,400 psf. A two-bedroom unit starts at under $ 920,000; a three-bedroom unit starts at under $ 1.3 million; and a four-bedroom unit starts at under $ 1.8 million.

Ms Goh said The Watergardens in Canberra is in a region with high growth potential, close to the future North Coast Innovation Corridor, the project is likely to attract both homebuyers and investors. .
âThis latest project follows our successful launch of Clavon on Clementi Avenue 1 last December, which sold 70% of the 640 total units on day one. It was also the best-selling project for 2020 in terms of units sold on the first weekend of a launch. We have designed another high quality project with The Watergardens in Canberra which is suitable for the area.
Residents of The Watergardens in Canberra will enjoy more than 60 facilities spread across lush green grounds including several swimming pools, picturesque gardens, and areas where residents can grow fresh vegetables or herbs. There is also an early childhood development center.
The development is located close to the future North Coast Innovation Corridor, which stretches from Woodlands to Punggol and is expected to transform the region into a major economic zone. Comprised of a mix of offices, retail, business parks and industrial spaces, the vast infrastructure project will bring many job opportunities to residents living in the North. Natural attractions such as Sembawang Hot Spring Park, Sungei Khatib Bongsu, and Lower and Upper Seletar Reservoirs are also nearby.
Canberra Water Gardens are also close to Canberra Plaza, Sembawang Mall, Chong Pang Wet Market & Food Hub, Northpoint City and the future integrated Bukit Canberra hub. In addition, the project is well connected to other

parts of the island via the Seletar Expressway and the future north-south corridor, which will cut travel times to the central business district to around 20 to 25 minutes when ready by 2026.
Canberra Water Gardens are expected to be completed in the second quarter of
2026.
